EU establishment and legal representative

EU establishment status must be determined before Legend is offered commercially in the European Union. If the provider is established outside the EU and the Digital Services Act applies, an EU legal representative must be designated and published here.

Electronic points of contact

Where the Digital Services Act applies to Legend as an intermediary service, these channels are intended to satisfy the distinct contact requirements for authorities and service recipients. Communications are accepted in English.

Editorial responsibility

Legend is responsible for its original platform and editorial content. Product names, trademarks, prices, availability, merchant descriptions, and linked shop content may be supplied by third parties and remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Purchases are completed on the selected merchant’s website.

Alternative dispute resolution

Legend’s participation in an applicable national alternative dispute-resolution scheme has not yet been determined and must be reviewed for the operator’s country of establishment before commercial launch.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is not linked here because it was discontinued and its governing regulation was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025.
